D-Tools Cloud’s new Inventory Management feature is live and D-Tools presented an in-depth webinar to help guide users through the new module. D-Tools users can bookmark this webinar recording to use as a valuable reference tool as they begin their journey with the new Inventory Management feature.
The new D-Tools Cloud Inventory Management feature, which debuted in late January 2025, provides integrators with a seamless way to manage their inventory across purchasing, tracking, and allocation workflows, empowering integration teams to operate more efficiently and deliver projects with greater accuracy and confidence.
Shenelle Enos, D-Tools Cloud sales manager, kicked off the webinar by first reviewing some of the new Job Cost Reporting functionality in D-Tools Cloud to help integrators better understand their project performance.
“By tracking how effectively labor is being utilized, managers instantly know whether a project is running under, on or over budget. Job costing also enables other critical business reports, like revenue earned in a financial period and current backlog,” Enos explains.

In the webinar. Bobby Bernarte, D-Tools Cloud Product Manager, reviewed some of the key features of the new Inventory Management feature, focusing on helping users know how to get started with the new module.
Among the key elements of the new D-Tools Cloud Inventory Management feature are:
- How users can get their products loaded up into the Inventory feature, whether through a bulk import spreadsheet or via manual updates on each item.
- Where to locate your inventory levels and individual units in the software’s Items Status page, the Ready to Order page, and the main Inventory Dashboard.
- An overview of the Item Status layout, along with how to view stock levels, and how to complete ordering and scheduling of inventory items.
The webinar also reviewed the future roadmap for D-Tools Cloud Inventory, which includes:
- How users can print out labels for individual items as well as for bulk shipment
- A way to track inventory changes and provide a thorough audit trail
- Expanded reporting of stock movement, turnover, and forecasting
- RMAs – a way to streamline the return process with automatic updates to stock count
- Future scalability for multi-warehouse locations as well as inventory tracking and batch processing via an Enterprise Inventory Management feature
- The ability to synch your data with popular accounting software solutions
These new capabilities have been developed to address the challenges integrators face in keeping track of inventory throughout the project lifecycle. This comprehensive solution is designed to streamline operations, reduce manual errors, and ensure that the right products are available at the right time.
Enos reminded attendees that D-Tools Cloud is a full end-to-end web-based business management software solution and she encouraged attendees to reach out with questions or to schedule a demo of the myriad functions in the software, especially if users are not currently taking advantage of all the features.
