Virtual Training Workshops

D-Tools’ virtual training sessions help ensure that you get the training you need even if you can’t attend in-person. Our interactive, 2 hour workshop sessions cover specific features and capabilities of System Integrator and are presented live by a D-Tools Professional Services Consultant. These virtual workshops provide opportunities for attendees to learn, ask questions, and interact in a dynamic virtual environment.

Custom Report Development

D-Tools PSG offers Custom Report development to assist customers with the creation or modification of reports that are tailored to meet their specific needs. A D-Tools Professional Services consultant will determine the report requirements, then estimate the time required to develop the report. Custom Report development is priced at $150.00 per hour.

Third Party Integration Support

D-Tools PSG will work with customers to develop a strategy and implementation plan for the integration of third-party software into the System Integrator platform. A D-Tools Professional Services consultant will work with the customer to develop the scope and determine the key points of integration. Based on that results of the discovery process, an estimate and plan will be developed. Pricing is based on time and level of development needed.
