Catalog Starter Plan
After the user meets the prerequisites, a D-Tools Professional Services consultant will work with the customer to outline product and labor considerations, best practices, and assist with 2 hours of initial catalog creation (up to 500 products). The catalog starter plan also includes 2 hours of online training and consulting time. Topics covered include importing products, setting prices, updating product details via the D-Tools product library, attaching product accessories, and building packages.
Catalog Builder Plan
The Catalog Builder plan expands upon the Catalog Starter plan by assisting with the creation of a product catalog of up to 1,000 products. A D-Tools Professional Services Consultant will assist with basic pricing, creating accessories, and basic packages. Also includes an additional 4 hours of web training focused on sustainable Catalog management procedures and best practices. Topics covered include managing product pricing, packages, accessories, discontinued products and product replacements, as well as SI server backup and recovery.
Custom Report Development
D-Tools PSG offers Custom Report development to assist customers with the creation or modification of reports that are tailored to meet their specific needs. A D-Tools Professional Services consultant will determine the report requirements, then estimate the time required to develop the report. Custom Report development is priced at $150.00 per hour. Third Party Integration Support
D-Tools PSG will work with customers to develop a strategy and implementation plan for the integration of third-party software into the System Integrator platform. A D-Tools Professional Services consultant will work with the customer to develop the scope and determine the key points of integration. Based on that results of the discovery process, an estimate and plan will be developed. Pricing is based on time and level of development needed.
