New Features/Enhancement Highlights:

Job Costing Reporting - Project Level Job Cost Report

The Project Level Job Cost Report allows users to 
track how your project is progressing in time and money in real-time. It provides a visual breakdown of how accurately a project has been quoted by both product and labor giving you better insight into performance and cost at a phase level. Utilizing this feature can help you identify areas to make up for lost costs that occurred in previous project phases allowing you to make informed decisions. 

Job Costing

Job Costing features are now available in D-Tools Cloud allowing users to input Resource Costs (for example hourly or salaried wage, overhead costs etc.) allowing you to get an accurate labor cost for a specific project. Understand how you are using your labor resources in regards to time AND money.  

D-Tools Payments Convenience Fees

Easily offset your business expenses by enabling our new "convenience fee" feature for D-Tools Payments. You can enable convenience fees at any time via your D-Tools Payments settings page. Simply navigate to this page, select the "enable" button, agree to our terms and conditions and a 3% convenience fee will be automatically applied to all card transactions.

D-Tools Payments Convenience Fee Automation for QuickBooks Online

If you are someone who has enabled convenience fees for card transactions and uses QuickBooks online, you can also turn on our transaction & convenience fee automation in your QBO settings! Simply go into these settings and specify what QBO item you would like your convenience fees to be mapped to when an invoice is created. This automation will add a line item to every invoice for the convenience fee. This line item will have a $0 value if payment has not yet been collected or if your client submitted payment via a bank transfer. Then, once the payment is deposited into your account, the amount for this line item will be updated with the correct convenience fee value.
